Back now in Ischia after covering a fair distance travelling around the Amalf Coast and Puglia Region (The spur and heel). Even a quick side trip to Pompeii. Amalfi is everything they say it is and Puglia is a hidden gem with a limestone coast similar to Western Australia. Our acommodation in both Lecce and Alberobello (Puglia) was outstanding) all five star at two star prices. Acommodation in Positano two star at five star pricing however the view made up for the lack of hot water in the shower.
